Plisse Pleated Porcelain Cups by Pillivuyt — Sets of 4

Fine pleats give the Plisse cups a quiet decorative rhythm. Espresso, tea, and breakfast sizes are offered as carefully distinguished choices, with the relevant saucers sold separately.

“I prefer a cup chosen for the drink itself. The Plisse ridges are a detail I appreciate each time I lift the cup.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Maker / Heritage

Established in France in 1818, Pillivuyt has been producing porcelain at its Mehun-sur-Yèvre manufacture since 1854. More than two centuries of accumulated knowledge inform its precise forms, remarkably smooth glaze, and enduring approach to functional tableware.

Fired at high temperatures, Pillivuyt porcelain develops a dense, nonporous surface that combines the refinement of fine French craftsmanship with the demands of everyday use.
